 We will send the bike to the post office or to your accommodation.
 
 I HAVE ARRIVED IN SANTIAGO, WHERE WILL THE BICYCLE PICK ME UP?
 Do not worry! You just have to hit the last pedals to get to the Santiago Post Office located 50 meters from the Cathedral.
 
 DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE THE SIZE? 
 No, when making the reservation you only have to tell us your size in centimeters,   since we have several sizes (SML-XL) and sizes (27.5 "and 29")
 
 I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE TRIP, WHAT DO I DO?
