We will deliver the bike to you as you configure it You can review and test it and in Santiago you deliver it to the post offices located 50 meters from the cathedral.

Optional cancellation protection · €30 per bicycle
Cancellation protection is a separate optional service. It must be added to the same cart and purchased in the same initial order as the bicycle rental, before payment. It cannot be added afterwards to a rental that has already been purchased.
When cancellation protection is included in your order, you may cancel before bicycle delivery and receive a refund of the rental price; the €30 protection fee is not refunded. Without this protection, the published cancellation policy provides for changing the rental dates within a maximum of one year, rather than a refund.
